TaxStudio team professional who will contribute to the success of our clients by performing vital tax functions dealing with U.S. tax issues for fast-paced entrepreneurs and start-ups from across the globe, including tax research, planning, and compliance.

What You Will Be Doing:
Core responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
o Organizing and coordinating clients’ tax data for the accurate and timely completion of tax returns.
o Reviewing tax information submitted by clients; possessing knowledge of tax regulations in order to answer clients’ questions; preparing personal, partnership and S-Corporation tax returns.
o Preparing and reviewing federal and state Corporate tax returns and preparing amended tax returns.
o Advising clients on international tax matters for inbound investment into the U.S.
o Helping clients navigate through corporate compliance aspects, including doing business in different states, state business registration, annual franchise tax, sales tax, planning for hiring and termination of employees, etc.
o Preparing International Tax Forms 5471, 5472 and 8858.
o Performing tax research projects, and preparing tax planning deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, memorandums and tax modeling.
o Preparing personal tax projections, responding to IRS tax notices, maintaining a good understanding of depreciation by analyzing and preparing depreciation reports.
o Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed:
o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax or Finance.
o 1-3 years of working experience in tax preparation for international clients (exposure to Forms 5471, 5472 and 8858).
o Must have international experience with foreign companies operating in the US (inbound investment) with exposure to capital structures, transfer pricing, etc.
o Proficient in core technology (MSFT Products, etc.)
o Quick thinking and entrepreneurial minded, strong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Must be in process of obtaining CPA.
