After a relocation in 2020 by CEO Jason Booth, the Boise team has now grown to be the location with the largest headcount for TaxStudio.
In recent years, this office has become the operational anchor for TaxStudio with the majority of the team residing in and operating out of Boise.
In conjunction with the other offices, the Boise team leads the way in delivering our tax compliance and advisory services to clients globally.

The “Global Growth HQ”
As TaxStudio global growth accelerates, the team has expanded yet again to include a new global growth headquarters in Austin, TX.
Our Austin-based team operates on a remote-first model with a virtual office space. Austin is a hub of innovation and the ideal location for TaxStudio’s executive team to develop relationships with our worldwide partners and clients.

The “European Expansion HQ”
TaxStudio on the ground in Germany coming in the near future.
The Germany office will serve as TaxStudio’s European Expansion HQ, supporting international businesses entering the U.S. while also assisting U.S. companies navigating European operations. With a strong focus on cross-border tax, compliance, and structuring, this office will anchor TaxStudio’s presence in the EU.
San Francisco, CA
The “Original”
First founded in San Francisco, TaxStudio continues to have its SF roots with its virtual office space, SF-based team, and clients located throughout SF and Silicon Valley.
TaxStudio has a fully remote SF-based team with a virtual office space.
Our SF team has a heavy focus on managed accounting services along with our other service lines and works closely with the rest of the TaxStudio team to service clients globally.
Sydney, Australia
US Tax “On the Ground”
After 15+ years of experience assisting Australian businesses with their US tax advisory and accounting needs, TaxStudio opened the Sydney, Australia office in 2020.
This office, in conjunction with the TaxStudio team in the US, supports our US/Australia client base.
Our focus is to help both established and early-stage Australian businesses expand into the US market (e.g., access consumers with a US subsidiary or a "flip up" into a US parent company for capital needs).
